Renel is a proud member of AGRISOL Project, an EU-funded initiative aiming to support the market uptake of agrivoltaics (AgriPVs) not only across Europe but in the whole world.

The goal is to bring solar energy and agriculture together, supporting real-world adoption for dual-use of land. With the participation of associates from 5 countries (Greece, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Poland), AGRISOL will support 30+ AgriPV cases/market actors (PV developers, farmers, cooperatives, agribusinesses, energy communities) through:

• technical, business & financial support services
• educational and awareness actions
• a digital stakeholder platform for tools, knowledge exchange, collaborations and networking

What is Renel’s role in AGRISOL: Renel is a key technical partner for the creation of an AgriPV Assessment Tool (decision-support for land suitability/viability) and lead the deployment of technical support measures to help APV projects move from concept to implementation.
