On the occasion of 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲, Team Renel and ReSight took a moment to recognize the women who are an integral part of our company:

• A small gift, a bracelet, as a tangible expression of appreciation for everything they bring to our work every day.
• We also participated in an online training program organized by the IASIS NGO, covering two subjects at the heart of a healthy workplace culture: Inclusion in the Workplace and the Nonviolent Communication Model.
