Renel was present at the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026 in Brussels, engaging in dynamic dialogues on sustainable and inclusive, circular urban transformation.

On 11 June 2026, Voula Dimitriadou and Eftychia Martinidou, Ph.d had the opportunity to participate in the NEB Festival satellite event hosted by Sweco at the Urban Insight Lab in Brussels.

They attended the workshop “From Waste Heat to Warm Streets: Implementing Circular Neighbourhood Heating,” which focused on practical approaches for climate-neutral and circular neighbourhoods, connecting innovation, local action and sustainable urban development.
