Renel Energy & Power Engineering, with more than 17 years of experience in delivering large-scale energy projects across Greece, is a dynamically growing company in the energy sector seeking a Corporate Assets & Administration Officer, who will contribute to the smooth operation of the company’s corporate infrastructure, equipment, and administrative functions.
As a Corporate Assets & Administration Officer, you will support the daily management of the company’s corporate infrastructure, equipment, vehicle fleet, and facilities, contributing to the efficient operation of the organization.
The role includes monitoring corporate equipment and fixed assets, coordinating external partners, supporting procurement processes, and collaborating with all company departments to meet their operational needs.
The ideal candidate demonstrates organizational thinking, responsibility, willingness to learn, and an interest in managing corporate infrastructure and administrative procedures.
This position requires on-site work at the company’s facilities in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the lifecycle of corporate fixed assets and IT equipment
- Maintain and update the Asset Register
- Monitor the corporate vehicle fleet, including service, KTEO inspections, insurance, leasing, and other obligations
- Support the management of corporate facilities and coordinate maintenance activities
- Manage telecommunications equipment and corporate connections
- Monitor software licenses and digital services
- Coordinate external partners and suppliers
- Support the procurement process for equipment and services
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
- Monitor inventories and consumables
- Participate in the continuous improvement of corporate infrastructure and asset management processes
Candidate Profile
- Degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Up to 2-3 years of relevant experience in Administration, Office Management, Facilities, or Asset Management is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Very good command of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness for continuous learning and professional development
- Team spirit and a collaborative approach
- Category B driving license
- Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable
