Innovation Project Manager

Job Description

Renel Energy & Power Engineering, with more than 16 years of experience in delivering large scale energy projects across Greece, is a dynamically growing company in the energy sector and is seeking an Engineer for the position of Project Manager. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Duties / Responsibilities

Management of public and private sector projects
Responsibility for the preparation and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
Preparation of quantity take offs and payment statements for public authorities
Collaboration with engineers from other departments to coordinate studies, procurement, and on site construction activities
Evaluation, contracting, and certification of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ works
Preparation of necessary reports regarding the financial and time progress of projects
Communication with public authorities and participation in coordination meetings
Representation of the company in meetings with involved stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a Polytechnic School, member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
Proven experience in the management and supervision of public works, minimum 5 years preferred
Knowledge of Project Management principles
Strong organizational skills, responsibility, consistency, and communication abilities
Knowledge of English and computer skills, Office, MS Project
Category B driving license
Willingness to travel
