As part of the development of the Marketing & Sales department, we have created a new Tendering Engineer position.
Main responsibilities:
Search for notices of public tenders, procurement, works and services on delisting websites
Evaluation of tenders and selection of tenders based on the criteria and objectives of the company to submit a bid
Compilation of financial and technical bids and gathering supporting documents for participation in accordance with the published tender documents in collaboration with the accounting department and the technical department
Submission of the financial and technical offer to the management platform of the National System of Electronic Public Contracts
Monitoring of all the stages from the submission of the offer to the awarding and contracting of the tender
Compile, manage and submit required documentation at each stage of the process
Necessary qualifications:
Degree from a Higher Educational Institution, Polytechnic, Economics or Law
Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken language in Greek and English
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of public procurement, works and services legislation and the tendering process
Knowledge of the management platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS)
Skills:
Excellent time management
Ability to meet strict schedules
Excellent organizational skills
