This project, valued at โ‚ฌ703,207.90, will transform an existing building into a modern and energy-efficient health structure for police officers.

High-Performance HVAC System: Construction of a complete Heating-Cooling-Ventilation (HVAC) Air Conditioning System designed for optimal performance.

๐Ÿ”ธ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฉ & ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค: Installation of a Heat Pump and extensive piping network for efficient domestic hot water production.

๐Ÿ”ธ Centralized Building Management System: Implementation of a Central Facilities Management System (BMS) for centralized control and monitoring of the building’s energy systems.

๐Ÿ”ธ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐œ ๐’๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ: Installation of a Photovoltaic System to generate clean, renewable energy for the building’s operation.

๐Ÿ”ธ Modernized Distribution System: Installation of a new Heating-Cooling distribution system and fan coil-type terminal units for efficient temperature control.

๐Ÿ”ธ๐„๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ-๐’๐š๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Installation of a new ventilation system with central air conditioning units equipped with heat exchangers to minimize energy consumption.
