𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 & 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 is proud to announce its recent contract win with the Hellenic Police Headquarters for a comprehensive energy upgrade project. This project, valued at €703,207.90, will transform an existing building into a modern and energy-efficient health structure for police officers.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞

High-Performance HVAC System: Construction of a complete Heating-Cooling-Ventilation (HVAC) Air Conditioning System designed for optimal performance.

🔸 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩 & 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: Installation of a Heat Pump and extensive piping network for efficient domestic hot water production.

🔸 Centralized Building Management System: Implementation of a Central Facilities Management System (BMS) for centralized control and monitoring of the building’s energy systems.

🔸 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Installation of a Photovoltaic System to generate clean, renewable energy for the building’s operation.

🔸 Modernized Distribution System: Installation of a new Heating-Cooling distribution system and fan coil-type terminal units for efficient temperature control.

🔸𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲-𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Installation of a new ventilation system with central air conditioning units equipped with heat exchangers to minimize energy consumption.

🔸𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Replacement of existing window frames with energy-efficient models.

🔸𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Thermal insulation of the building’s facades and roof to significantly reduce energy losses.

🔸𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞: Installation of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the building.

🔸𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Integration of a solar thermal system for sustainable domestic hot water production.

This project demonstrates Renel Energy & Power Engineering’s commitment to delivering sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. By implementing these upgrades, the Hellenic Police  will benefit from significant energy cost savings, improved indoor air quality, and a more comfortable and healthy environment for its officers.
